The National Identification Office (ONI) transmitted to the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) on January 31, 2022 the list of Haitians registered in its registers, including the diaspora of the United States and the Dominican Republic.

Number of registered Haitians :

West :
Total 1,892,482 (41.12%): 902,916 men (48%) and 989,566 women (52%);

South-East :
Total 241,245 (5.24%) : 116,237 men (48%) and 125,017 women (52%);

North :
Total 462,935 (10.06%) : 213,264 men (46%) and 249,671 women (54%);

North-East :
Total 208,892 (4.54%) : 99,286 men (48%) and 109,606 women (52%);

Artibonite :
Total 531,309 (11.54%) : 239,109 men (45%) and 292,200 women (55%);

Center :
Total 316,792 (6.88%) : 155,460 men (49%) and 161,332 women (51%);

South :
Total 325,851 (7.08%) : 156,648 men (48%) and 169,203 women (52%);

Grand Anse :
Total 188,442 (4.09%) : 92,825 men (49%), and 95,617 women (51%);

North-West :
Total 252,169 (5.48%) : 115,716 men (46%) and 136,453 women (54%);
