These provisions come back with all the advantages offered to educational agents, but also with all the requirements that aim to put more quality in Haitian education. Minister Manigat intends to focus his initiatives in three priority action areas: - the Great South devastated by the earthquake of August 14, which requires the mobilization of more sustained efforts and for which the State, Haitian civil society and the international community must work in perfect synergy; - lawless areas plagued by organized crime preventing children from going to school. This is in violation of their right to education at all times.
