Haiti - Politic : A younger Haitian diplomacy (speech by Jovenel Moïse)

Following the recall to Port-au-Prince of several diplomats and Ambassadors as part of the rotation of diplomatic staff in order to make room for a younger and competent generation who must acquire experience in mission abroad https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-31288-haiti-politic-13-haitian-diplomats-recalled-to-port-au-prince.html ; on July 23, the Head of State took stock of Haitian diplomacy, expressing his pride to see "24 young executives from the Chancellery who will join our diplomatic and consular missions" selected on an impartial basis, recruited through competition, on the basis of merit, without any form of patronage or political influence.
