Haiti - Elections : A Haitian electoral system deficient, according to OAS

Monday to Costa Rica, Luis Almagro, the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), declared "[...] The problem is that the electoral process in Haiti does not offer minimum guarantees to the voters. The political system as a whole, whether the government and the opposition does not cooperate to make it work in a better way [...] The system has no commitment nor solutions that are necessary for the people is expressed with confidence in the polls."
